Valentim is one of those restaurants you always want to go back to when you visit Portugal. It's a popular yet somewhat chic restaurant where grilled fish is their specialty, as in many other restaurants near the sea. But what sets it apart is that the grills are outside on the street, everyday of the year! something I've personally only seen in Portugal and in Matosinhos.

The portions are generous and meant for sharing :) The last time I was there, I had some prawns and sardines with boiled potatoes that were glorious, always accompanied by a good white wine.
